I'm pretty sure this one has been done before, but let's try it again.

Do you use alternate tunings? Do you have a guitar setup for just that tuning?

I tune one of my Strats down a 1/2 step (Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb, and eb) and it is setup to stay that way.

Drop D some times, open G and open E tuning for some fun slide playing.

i'm constantly changing tunings. i use drop d, standard c, 1/2 down, and i have a large assortment of my own special custom tunings, some songs i write i'll just change a few certain strings to make interesting chords and to make it easier to reach a not while playing. i only have one guitar so i don't have it set up for each tuning.

i blame all of the downtuning stress to my guitar on josh homme.

Nothing but the standard tuning for me.
Sometimes I use the 1/2 step down tuning, but nothing else.

Drop-D (easy with the D-Tuna) and 1/2-step down. Haven't experimented much with other tunings though Mr. Page uses them on several songs.
I tune my strat either down a half step or drop d. For my acoustic, i tune every thing 4 steps lower and tune it in drop d. It gives it a very eerie sound wich i like because i write alot of folk/indie type stuff.
I did the C tuning when I had the BTB, with the Fenders I drop to D.

I play almost exclusively in drop D, although it gets a little weird whem my vibrato enters the mix. Anything to make power chords easier!

Open E, a variant of open A with the low E and A string dropped 1/2 down (or maybe that's how open A is supposed to be) and 1/2 step down. Though most of the time it's either regular or the open E

I mostly use standard tuning, but when I have a song where I need it to be downtuned I grab my MIM strat which is tuned to 1/2 step down...
