Wow. I thought this thing got burned up in Elvis' first Cadillac but apparantley not. I thought it would've wound up at the Rock HOF like everything else from his archives he donated a couple of years ago. This definitely trumps Elvis' watch that he gave Ronnie McDowell. I don't know if it still works but at the very least I got a page out of it.

Anyone know who develops 8mm film?

You really need to get that film processed. It may all be blank but you never know!

I wonder how many of the archival home movies of Elvis might have been made on this thing?

Ok folks, if some of you hadn't got it by now, that was this years April Fools Hoax. Though the story about Elvis' camera is real, as is the camera on the page, Scotty didn't send it to me. Elvis' actually did burn up in the glove compartment of his first Cadillac on June 5, 1955 just outside Fulton, AR. That was according to Ken Palmer who happened upon the scene (see http://scottymoore.net/hopeAR.html). The one pictured on the page, which I very much believe to be identical to Elvis', is one I actually bought on ebay for $9.
