I had a Bigsby style tremolo on an Ibanez Artcore. The only issue I had was that its a PITA to restring on those little posts.

Have a look at these , an add on that slips over the string studs and makes restringing easy

You definitely won't be able to get Hendrix like whammy whacking like Jimi got from his Strats, the Bigsby is basically for doing more subtle bends like the ones that Chet Atkins used so tastefully on his recordings. When used properly and not manhandled like a Floyd Rose or Strat style vibrato arm,a Bigsby is not likely to cause your guitar to go out of tune but even if you find this is becoming a problem, roller bridges are made for most models of guitar.I have a '66 Gretsch Tennessean with a true Bigsby and an Ibanez Artcore with their own take on the Bigsby and haven't had any tuning problems with either one of them.

Actually it's quite easy once you learn/use this technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRxqGZrnyYA

@ Yodacaster : If you think that stringing an Ibanez Artcore with their take on the Bigsby is a PITA,you should try to restring my old Vox Phantom XII with the Vox style vibrato,if the Artcore is a PITA, the Vox is a major case of hemorrhoids covered with boils. You need the digital dexterity of a neuro-surgeon and even then it takes longer to perform than a frontal lobotomy.
BTW: I have an Artcore with their "Bigsby" too but compared to the old Vox,it's a walk in the park.Cheers.

I'll pile on with a positive review. My Guild Starfire has a Bigsby. It was my only guitar for around 45 years. I always liked having the Bigsby to add a little spice here and there. I never had problems with tuning or string changing. But, you should ask yourself if it fits the style of music you play.
Here's a pic of my Guild.
