Alvin Lee was one of my biggest inspirations. Right up there with Rory Gallagher.

He was kind of friendly with Scotty Moore and old Scotty outlived him. I listen to his CD "In Tennessee" recorded at Scotty's house around '04 (Jim, correct me if I'm wrong!).

Sounds like they were having a blast!
