I am super impressed with what you have done there. I wouldn't call it a tele, DIY or otherwise. It did not sound even remotely like a tele to my ear. If it sounds like one to you there will be no argument from me. :D However, it had a sound that was very unique and homey, almost banjo like. I enjoyed the song you used to demonstrate your guitar as well. In time and not a sour note.

I applaud your accomplishment, sir.

thanks for the nice words, since I have only been playing and making guitars for 5 years. I took up this hobby at age 49....
