you can never have too many picks.

$75 should get you quite a few.

Happy belated birthday,

Based on your picture of your pedal board, I'd opt for a good set of patch cables like George L's or the like. Or invest it towards a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+, or the like. I believe both would make for an excellent investment.

Peace.

Thanks for reminding me! I have a $100+ rebate card from Pep Boys ( new tires on my truck) that I keep forgetting about...

Time to go to Guitar Center and buy that Pork Loin I've been drooling over.

Harps and a harp holder never go astray.A couple of years ago the Missus bought me a set of 7 blues harps-one in each natural key-they were Lo Duca brand Blues Harps and although they weren't up to the standards of Hohner Blues Harp etc.,they were of much better quality than I expected for the price they were selling for-$40.They sound way better than anything in that price range and sound more like a $20-$25 harp than the under $6 each that they average out to..They even come with a DVD that shows you most of the basic tricks of playing blues harp such as chording, bending notes etc. if you can bear listening to the corny guy who gives the instructions.

They are sold by The Sportsman's Guide: http://www.sportsmansguide.com/ and come in a sturdy plush lined Gore-Tex case.

already got harps, already got a mandolin, plenty of cables, got a pick-punch awhile ago so plenty of picks to go around... Pork Loin?... does a number on my blood sugar level
I'm going for the Dobro case. Probably tonite.

Thanks for all the ideas and b-day greetings!

Maybe have to change my name to FrankieTheOldGuy 8)
