Post subject: Which is better?

after looking at the Fender Elite thread i started to wonder is it better to have a limited production model Fender or just a high end Deluxe or something like that? Part of me thinks it is cool to have some 1 or 2 year run model but another part of me thinks they are limited for a reason and having a high end more common guitar is better. What do you think?

Definitely the high end common guitar. Although I'd make exceptions for the Pawn Shop series and some of the FSR models.

Doesn't matter unless you're in collector's mania! :wink:

Buy one you love and you'll be satisfied, no matter what model or production numbers.
