Clicking on the write a review button doesn't do anything when using Safari, although it does work with Chrome.
It work's in Safari if the User Agent is switched to IE9

Just submitted reviews for the Tele Cabronita and CD60CE all-mahogany guitars!

Okey-dokey - done! I've tried it out with a Fender Select Strat review.

Couple of tiny quibbles. The system removed paragraph breaks, which makes my screed a little harder to read. Also, the obligatory "select musical ability" might want a bit of tweaking. The majority of us here probably don't make our living at music and therefore won't check the "professional" catagories. But the other choices are "beginner" or "amateur". Amateur really just means you don't do a thing as a job, which is perfectly respectable - and yet who likes ticking that box...?

Some other words might be nice - or no requirement to specify it at all, as with "musical styles". I get why they're there, but perhaps they could be optional?

Anyhow. A very positive site development that we're all going to enjoy contributing to.

Cheers - C

I was able to enter my '07 American Standard Strat the other day, but I couldn't find a way to enter my tweed Blues Junior NOS.

Today, I sign in and get immediately directed to this discussion.

Update: The problem seems to be the "Community" nav button in the forums.fender.com section. I can get to the actual Community section if I go to the fender.com main site first.

I was very excited to see the invitation, and it was fun to do my first review. Of course, you can only review current products and most of my gear is 20 years old  This must be Fender's way of getting me to upgrade !

Thanks for the Invite Brad, I've reviewed several of my Basses, the strings I use on my Jaco Pastorius fretless Jazz bass & the Bronco 40 that I use as a practice amp.

That's a good point. It would be nice to have a Semi-Pro option for people who make a little money playing guitar here and there, but still have day jobs. :)

Thanks for posting Brad, a cool new feature. I signed in and was directed back here. I don't have any new Fender gear to review so I'll try again when I do. :D

Lol same here.

Which is sad because the reliability and longevity of my Fender gear is one of it's best selling points!
