Just got the iRig yesterday to hook up with Garage Band on my iPad. Not too much success yet - very noisy! And the software (Amplitube for Fender) has only one amp and not that much else that I have been able to sort out yet.

I was hoping to be able to loop with it. Any tips Mike?

Gridlok :)

Yeah it can be noisy if you crank up the gain. I just turn down the gain and the noise goes away. Try the AmpKit app from Peavey, works good with the iRig.

I'm using Auria mostly but still like the virtual instruments that come in Garageband. Wish that it was audiobus compatible. I use the iPad camera kit to connect a USB Interface...no noise or latency that way.
