First off, I would like to say that if this is the wrong forum to put this in, and there's a better one, please let me know, because I haven't seen one.

So, I've already registered something, but I deleted it because it wasn't accurate enough, so I tried to register it again. I did everything right, but for some reason, it ALWAYS says "Please specify a valid state/province." I know it is not because I live in Canada, as it had worked before. Now, whenever I go to do something related to my state, it gives me this error. If anyone can help, I would very much appreciate it!

Don't waste your time. Registration does nothing except put you on Fender's mailing list. Registration means nothing as far as your warranty goes. All you need is your original sales receipt for warranty claims.

This is not my only concern in that area. ANYTHING involving my province does not seem to work. i.e. if I want to change any account settings, etc, It doesn't work.
