Anyone want to lend me about $6500?
Maybe the rest of you can chip in for airfare?

Okay I could pay a small percentage myself.

I'm not really expecting it.

But Fender U looks like a great time.

There is a contest for tuition, but like most of these--only open to the US.

Well at least the Forum contest is open to us all.
That's good news.

Hey Fender--how about a Fender U in Canada?
You'd have to skip the factory tour stuff, but it would be fun to do in Vancouver or Toronto.

Hey I'm a legal adult in Europe, why can't Fender pay for my flight to Corona...
I'll tell you one thing it would help me to make up my mind on buying my next guitar, you know two obvious choices Fender or .... Gibson

No seriously great idea but I think you guys should include the other part of the western wold occasionally, you know the people across the pond wanna have the same opportunities sometimes :)

But hey maybe on my next trip to Cali I might schedule that in there who knows that is if you'll have me. :?

I sent Fender U an email about tuition costs a week ago, but haven't gotten a response yet. Maybe someone on here can answer this, do they accept the GI Bill? If so, then I am so there for the next session. I am currently deployed and will miss out on the first class.

I tried to get a tuition reimbersment approval from work for this but they didn't go for it. j/k But that is the only way my wife would have let me send in that amount of money.
