Green Card (the movie) Piano Solo.

Sorry, Eddie.
Not tryna make you feel bad. Just making light of an interesting situation.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I went to a jam night. There was a girl about 16, holding a violin waiting to be called. It was mostly blues being played, with some classic rock. I asked her if she knew who Jean Luc Ponty was and she said no, which surprised me a little, but I figured she's pretty young. She waited about 1 1/2 hours holding that violin. While I was on stage I memtioned to the jam master that she had been waiting a long time, so he called her up. Pretty much what we got is what you heard from the OP. Why she would wait so long to get up in front of a crowd of people to play that way is hard for me to understand.
Moral of the story, we don't all think the same, and we all don't have the same hangups of perfection. No harm done. Funny thing is she's the only one I remember that played that night!

I think he has achieved a really nice tone. I'd put that on as background while I work.

If she keeps coming out to the jam she'll likely get better...If she really wants to.I run a jam in a local bistro where there is a piano. Recently a nice woman has been coming and she plays piano. Lets just say she needs to do some research or have someone show her how to use the pedals because we had mud soup before you knew it..still, she comes back weekly(and some of the guys groan a bit when she walks in) but i gotta say..shes getting much better ..no harm done ..my point is.. definatly memorable and if the guy needs the attention by showing others then he seams to have achieved it. Maybe this is the new rock..and if so ..maybe it IS dying
