FMIC copyrights its headstocks and logos. Body shapes are not protected.
This copyright issue has been discussed at great length but that was some years ago and it may have actually been covered during the period when FMIC was supporting Mr. Greene. Probably by Mike Eldred as he was the most active Fender guy on that site in those years. I don't recall exactly who.

Change the shape of the headstock slightly and change the logo and there are no issues.
Done. Draw away. Or else go away.
