I love Sienna sunburst. It reminds me of a summertime sunrise

I love Sienna Burst too as well as a Tangerine Metalflake-at least tangerine is the colour that seems most suitable for it,as it's a beautifully brilliant hue of orange.There is also a brilliant metalflake green that's at the top of my colour list.

Quite a boring choice but I love Lake Placid Blue on anything.

Of course this is totally subjective, so there are no wrong answers.

Personally, I like my Guitar colors to be... well, colors !! Greens, Blues, Reds, Whites, etc.

I can appreciate the various bursts (and understand the appeal they have for many), and have seen some wonderful ones too. But in general they just don't speak to me the way colors do, though I realize I may be in the minority here.

Of the 4 guitars I own; 1 Natural (Epi Accoustic), 1 Arctic Wht. w/ Red TS PG (Telecaster), 1 Candy Apple Red w/ Wht. PG (Stratocaster), 1 Tan Sunburst (Ovation accoustic). Colorwise, I think the Ovation is my least attractive but I like the way the it feels, plays and sounds.

Honestly, to me, color is secondary to the way a guitar feels, plays and sounds... A great playing guitar can be Red Oxide Primer for all I care.

+1 on the Sienna Sunburst but I guess my favorites are the SB2 and SB3. I prefer the SB3 as dark, soft bleed, not that bold red band you see on some of them. Examples are the finish on the SRV Stratocaster. Also have a look at the '58 Stratocaster at www.guitarmotel.com. Used to have one just like it. There's also a nice '57 in there too.

Of the ones I own, definitely the Sienna sunburst. Of all Fender colours, I'd say Burgundy Mist, Shoreline Gold and Shell Pink.

My purely personal preferences are:

I'm addicted to white strats! Dunno why, there's so many beautyful Fender colors but whenever I see a white Strat, my heart starts beating faster!

OLYMPIC WHITE (my favorite)


ARCTIC WHITE


I also love:

SURF PEARL (= surf green metallic)


Further more (but I don't own any):
CANDY COLA, SUNSET METALLIC, DAPHNE BLUE, CHERRY BURST and Turquoise (NOT ocean turquoise!)
