Congrats on getting such a funky little gem Mike,it definitely has the Made in China looks to it.My guess is that was probably the house brand of some medium sized chain store and made by a company that wasn't adverse to putting different brand names on their amps like some companies did back in the 60s and 70s with their effects units and guitars. I'll have a look through my guitar/amp achives and see if I can dig up anything.
