When you upload there it gives you some BBCode to copy and paste into your post here.

Photobucket is fine!
Now, after uploading your picture, you either point with the cursor onto the picture in your photobucket album (old version) or, if you use the new version of Photobucket, click on the picture. When it's shown, click on "Get Codes".
When moving the cursor onto the picture in the old Photobucket version, a drop down menue will appear, showing the codes.

In either case, copy the code for forums. It's the code with
Code:
[img]bla bla bla[/img]

Paste that entire code into your post.
Each picture has its own individual code after uploading.
Done!

Thanks for the help, but I still can't get it, I found something on this forum that says the picture has to be on the web not just in your computer, I don't know what that means. So i guess I can't post pictures sorry. Thanks anyway.

It means you have to upload the picture somewhere, like Photobucket for example. After uploading there, you get the picture codes as described above.

Ok, you're on the right way and you seem to use the old version of Photobucket.
From this picture as shown, go back to "Album". There you see the small images of your uploaded pictures.
Move your cursor onto the picture (do not click!).
A drop down menue shows up, where you can choose the link.

Here's your picture:
