Both the DRRI and PRRI would be too loud for playing in an apartment, at least at volumes where the nicest sounding saturation kicks in. It would be a waste to have such a nice amp and not to be able to fully utilize its capabilities.

I would suggest looking into a nice 5F1 tweed champ.. vintage or modern. A vintage model which has been recapped and has a 3-prong plug would likely be less expensive than one which has remained completely stock over the years.
