looks like i might be getting a supersonic 60 at a great price. i know this is a pretty loud amp, and i am looking to find a way to make it a little better for the smaller gigs.

i have seen the various devices for controlling volume and still keeping tube tone, but am unsure what does what, as well as the best way to hook them up. any advice would be great.

also, when it comes time for a tube change, do i have to re-bias if i use the same tubes? it's funny-when i sold my early 60's princeton brownface a few years back, it still had the original tubes, so i may not have to change for a while. it is my intention to always have extras around. just have to learn how to tell which ones are bad.
