I believe I saw a 2013 Fender Custom Shop calendar at a bookstore in our local mall around Christmas time. You might try Ebay -- those things show up there from time to time.

My wife gave me the Fender Custom Shop Calender for Christmas,she said that she got it from: http://www.amazon.com/ I hope this is a help to you.

BTW there are some really cool guitars in it.
