A lower case one... $40, at my local music store, couldn't resist.

Great thing about a flying v is that you can lean up against the wall without worrying about it tipping over.

:P

It'l be even cooler with a set of Kluson Deluxes and a hotter pickup, amirite?

I searched the pocket to the case and it came with a 10ft speaker cable, a cleaning cloth, and a really unique pick holder. The pick holder is a circular leather pouch with that snaps closed with a flap on the top. It's sort of like a coin purse, only it had 7 Dunlop .60s in it. :D

guess they forgot

Best $40 I've spent in the new year so far.

tbh, it's smaller than the mini squiers. I'd say half. It plays so well, and really sounds great as is.

It reminds me of a half size Strat knock off that I bought off a kid who was going to go smash it if I hadn't stopped him. Paid $12 for it. I have extra Strat parts galore, and work at a guitar store, so it didn't take much to fix it up back into playing condition. All it needed were the fret edges smoothed and some tremolo springs in the back (the kid had taken them all out for some unknown reason). Anyway, it actually plays decently and is a really fun guitar to play! I use it in the car since because of it's size it fits well in my lap no matter where I'm sitting. Haven't tried to drive and play at the same time yet... And probably won't.

Have fun with yours! Does it have a truss rod? Mine doesn't, which is why I haven't even attempted modification.

Yes it does.

I'm seriously leaning towards new tuners and a better pickup, though. I might browse my local store again, considering they have a cabinet full of pickups, both new and used.

Let me just say that this thing is superb. I can't put it down, and I may skip showering for today just to have an extra 20-30 minutes with it.

I can't wait until I have a drummer over, I'm looking for any excuse to run it through my halfstack.
