My wife is one of the vocalists in this clip. She told me how they got the 'bee' sound. It was a repeating phrase, I believe she said they are saying "nema-neva" over and over again. Try to do it yourself, not easy! "nema-neva nema-neva nema-neva nema-neva nema-neva nema-neva nema-neva nema-neva".

Definitely, I had the opportunity to sit in on several rehearsals and this group worked very hard. This was kind of the 'elite' singing group at a music college, the style is called 'Vocal Jazz'. If you want to hear the real pro's, check out 'The Real Group' or 'The Swingle Singers'.
