You may well be right ! Thanks for the clarification.

I do understand the differences between Halogen Bulbs and Vacuum Tubes.

Just passing along what I've been told by a couple people who work in Amp Repair and Antique Radio Restoration.

Of course that doesn't mean they're correct, but that's what they told me. It seemed credible and they have more specific knowledge than I on the subject.
