Does anybody know some good 12-string songs? I'm going to put a pickup in my guild sometime soon and I need some good songs to use it for. So far I know:

Wish you Were here (Pink Floyd)
You're so Bad (Tom Petty)
Hotel California (Eagles)
San Fransisco Blues (Eric Clapton)
Mr. Tambourine Man (Bob Dylan)
Blind Willie McTell (Bob Dylan)
If I needed Someone (George Harrison)
End Of the Line (Traveling Wilburys)
Handle With Care (Traveling Wilburys)

I need a bunch more. If it helps I'm into The Beatles (no problem w/finding a 12-string song their :) ) Tom Petty and Bob Dylan.

Please and Thanks!!

Anything by The Byrds

Jimi Hendrix did an acoustic version of one of his songs on a 12 string.

I'll see if I can remember any more.

More Than A Feeling - Boston
Walk Right In - The Rooftop Singers
And Your Bird Can Sing - The Beatles (this might have just been double-tracked, but, still...)
As Tears Go By - The Rolling Stones

Life By The Drop - Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Great song. You could also try out stuff like Rude Mood or Pride and Joy, but they're a tiny bit difficult

Try Gordon Lightfoot. He has some wonderful 12 string songs.

I'm not sure in which country you live, but here is Australia we have a group called the John Butler Trio and John plays all his songs on his Maton 12-string. If you haven't heard of him some good songs to check out are zebra, betterman and funky tonight. They all sound great on my 12-string.

I wanted to suggest Life By the Drop as I'm learing it right now (I haven't got a 12 string though) but ulrikandthedominos was ahead of me... :P
I love the song, not hard and very nice!

I could be mistaken, but isn't Ozzy's Mama I'm Coming Home done on a 12 string?
