Hi Guitslinger ! The neighbors' main house is actually one of them with least steep roof angle around here . Most of the houses here are from the 50's , including mine. Interesting to hear , but not very surprising that there are lots of similarities between your area and mine
I took the pic on request from my son , who was visiting his 'grand-mother in law' in Miami , FL during the Holidays. He just wanted to show the contrast to those people . I guess they were shocked

Today's weather is so bad, I might have to bring the guitars inside.

beginning december was snow and snow, over x-mas +19°C in south and +10°C in north germany. no really winter here at the moment.
