I don't make resolutions anymore, that way I don't feel guilty when I don't stick to them. I do try to take a common sense approach to life which is all to uncommon today. This does not apply to dark chocolate  .

Try 'Oh Yeah!' Almond Fudge Brownie High Protein Bars. 190 cal. 30gms of protein and dark chocolate. The Vitamin Shoppe sells them individually. At Costco they come boxed with Chocolate & Caramel..their milk chocolate counterpart...9 bars each.

Have you looked at the ingredients of those protein bars lately? The last time I looked at protein bars, most were loaded with toxins that literally put holes in your brain (aspartame, and aspartame under different names), plus other toxins!

Chocolate's good, but it's got to be organic or you're probably getting toxins, plus some chocolate has lead in it! It makes you feel "good", but...the lead could be making you numb, too numb to realize what's goin' wrong in the world, one thing being the distribution and consumption of toxic foods! Foods are supposed to make us healthy, not ill!

It's never too late if you're above ground -- there's always hope!

FYI, I unwittingly ate a lot of that junk for decades!

I use to know people who ate like you, they're all dead (all true). Only the good die young, so I guess I'll live to 150 at least with my artifical heart valve.

I resolve to just enjoy life. eat food cause it tastes good not cause its "good for me". Learn new things every day. Play more and collect more guitars. If we can't have fun why bother living.

Dave.
