I have a question about the Mustang Floor. Since it has an unbalanced left and right side output, is it possible to run it directly into a Mustang 4x12 cabinet without the head?

It's not an amp is it? Just a pre-amp? If that's so, the signal level is not sufficient to drive speakers.
