Well, first of all, merry x-mas to you all!
Today I got some nice presents:
A Boss VF-1, a Roland EV-5 expression pedal and a Boss FC-50 pedal board.
I begun to play a bit, but I found it a bit hard to work.
I'm looking for a Pink Floyd-ish sound in these machines.
Also, my amp is a Fender Mustang I.
Can you give me a hand?

gi GF, have you checked out the gilmourish site ? it won't give you setting for the pedals you have but it will tell you what effects he uses for what era / album that flyd done. but basically you need fuzz ( fuzz face or big muff) , flanger ( electric mistress) , phase (i use a small stone) , chorus (small clone ) and a delay ( i use a marshall echohead) , oh a wah for some some songs (plug in backwards and use the tone control to get the seagull sounds from Echo's ) now plugging this lot together will give you the tone from echoes to the final cut no probs , and you might want to pick up a tube amp as well i use a jcm 800 when i'm in a floyd mood all dialed down to let the pedalsdo the work . HTH mate , cheers
Alan

Oh, thanks for the replies.
Some good tips there. Next thing to do is learning how to work properly with the VF.
And I'm using a strat.
