We weren't suppose to buy each other a gift, but I got her a Kindle Fire HD. This blew her mind!

My kids brought me for my birthday last Oct, and she was using mine. After reading that you can link as many Kindles as you want to an account, I got her one.

That was very nice of you, thouston. How are those e-readers, anyway? Are they enjoyable compared to having an actual book in front of you?

I'm a avid reader and at first found myself trying to turn a page, instead of swiping, so the print on the Kindle is really clear. Our local library has a eBook lending feature, there are about 100 'books' that you can check-out. Most are only for 21 days.

Amazon also has a lending area for Kindle users. I just finished Stan Lee's (Marvel comics) 'The Alien Project', a WWII based story, it was pretty good.

As I posted, I also have a Amazon Prime account, and I linked her to my account. She was watching a episode of 'Parks & Rec' that she missed.
