Hi SBLS: actually, US Music Corp are the North American distributor for Marshall, not their parent company. Marshall are a PLC owned by their shareholders who primarily include the Marshall family.

As it happens, Natal Drums are also owned by Marshall, and about a year ago US Music became the American distributor for them too. And they are the distributor rather than owner of at least some of the other names on that list on their home page too - though I believe they are indeed the owner of the Washburn brand.

Thankyou Ceri, that is good news. When I saw that web page it made me think of Hanser music, another company that has some decent brand names but doesn't seem to market them very well, I was concerned, now I'm not
