Hi folks,
I've been away for a while.
Pretty busy with getting my bluesrock band together, preparing for christmas, celebrating the "dance into the armageddon" party, still suffering from the "end of the world aftershow party" but I finally found the time for a new video.
This time: dreamy, chilling, a little Mark Knopfler like, well .... no Smokin' Frets this time.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poUVokBLwgU ENJOY!!!

1986/87 Fender American Standard Stratocaster, all stock.
Setup: Strat into Hughes & Kettner Statesman 50W head with H&K 412 cabinet (customized with 4 x Celestion G12H30 Anniversary speakers).
I used a tc electronics Flashback pedal in looper mode.
Rhythm tapping on guitar with tc electronics "Hall of Fame" pedal (reverb) and tc electronics "Dreamscape" pedal (chorus).
Rhythm picking on guitar was the same.
Solo guitar as well, but I added my T-Rex Replica (delay).
Recorded with Shure SM 58 into Boss BR1200 CD recording studio.

Just bought another one today.
The one in the video is an EE series (made for export).
Today I was lucky enough to catch an E4xxxxx, most likely from '86 to '88, also Oly White.
Looking forward to recieve it. It's got the swimming pool routing and I'm curious what it'll sound like (bought it online, used).

Thanx for your comment and thanx for watching, Al.

Smooth and dripping delay!!!

Way classier than I'm capable of.

LIKE.

Tasteful and elegant, like the Christmas Tree in the background with those beautiful glass-blown Bavarian ornaments. The Knopfler-esque influence of the riffs you've chosen for the track is inescapable.

Rawk on!

Thank you, guys!

First time I worked with the tc electronics Flashback pedal as a looper.
Thank you for your positive feedback. :)
