and ever heard of any mods for it?
got one on eBay for a ridiculously low price and from what I've heard the bypass is great the tone knob works well and it is a good sounding distortion for the price but the main problem is that there is to much gain I want to rectify this situation.

I suspect it uses a programmable device. My knowledge of DSP is so weak I'd have to learn something to get up to no knowledge.
