Hello! I'm new so sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, or anything silly like that!

I just thought I'd share my bass modification, I made my old squier p-bass into a Dos (new green day album) themed bass, as it looked awful before, and to promote their new trilogy. The design is based on the pattern on the cover of Dos. I'm a massive green day fan, so I hope you like it!

It would be cool to see some of your mods too :-)

thank you! a bit of both, to a certain extent. I sanded the old finish down, so the paint would stick better and then painted over. It took so many coats though, to get a decent finish! I also used gloss to give a fairly shiny finish :D

Nice work. There is also a Squier Bass forum. Go to the BOARD INDEX and scroll down...near the bottom you'll see it. You should post the photos there too for the Squier buffs. Again, a nice creative and artful job.

Welcome to the Forum trOut. Good job on the p-bass, very cool.
This is a 93-94 Squier P-Bass made in Korea. The American flag decal is from PYOG Image
