Post subject: Fender Twin Reverb Reissue Sqeal when shut off??

Hello, I'm having problems with my Twin Reverb making a loud noise when I cut the amp off. It only does it if I use it for a good while without shutting it off. I've noticed the top of the amp does get pretty warm. I don't know if this could be a tube problem or what. Everything else works fine just when I flip the power button off it acts up for a good bit. I don't know much about fixing amps so please keep the answers kind of simple. Thanks!
