Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could help answer a couple questions for me about the Gretsch 6 string banjo.
So to start off, I'm left-handed, and would like to buy one of these banjos and convert it. I don't know a whole lot about banjos, so what would it take to do this? Just a new nut and bridge?
Second question, (look at the banjo here http://www.gretschguitars.com/products/ ... 2720020521) does anyone know if it would be possible remove that big silver thing? I'm not really sure what it is, but I've seen banjos without it. Does anyone know if you can remove it?

G'day, I'm sure that thing will unbolt. I don't know anything about banjos either but that look good. It should be an easy LH conversion.
