Jeebus, is it bad if I am? lol thanks .. i think.
Matt, that would look nice if they had some that the 90 degree cables would fit through. i might take a patch cable to the hardware store and have a look. :)

It will, anything that fits through the hole fits through the trim. Bottom part is the size of the hole. Run cables through it, then snap on the top part when only the wires are there. It's really not needed unless you have burs that chew up the wires. It just dresses things up and makes the hole look uniform. But really, after you fill that bad boy with pedals, it will be a thing of beauty anyway. I love pedal boards. I can see having a multi-fx unit for modulation and eq. But, I think overdrive, distortion, and many other effects are personal.

well, there are no sharp spots, i used the tig torch to melt/round off the edges of each hole after i drilled them all. thats why you see the discoloration around the holes.
but, i do like the idea of using those. if they come in the right size, i just might grab some next time i'm at the hardware store. thanks, man.
i'm supposed to be buying the boss OC-2 any time now from a friend, then I want to find a holy grail reverb and some sort of auto wah or pitch shifter maybe. and i guess i still need a tuner pedal if i can find one cheap enough.
