Experience Hendrix has published 'Jimi Hendrix: The Ultimate Lyric Book' http://tinyurl.com/cbqggp3, it's a 'coffee table' size book with images of Jimi's handwritten lyrics to his recorded songs, and songs that got to be recorded.

The book also has quite a few unpublished pictures of Jimi, mainly from the Hollywood Bowl show. I really enjoy reading my autographed copy .

Although I'm the consummate Hendrix fan as a matter of principle I absolutely refuse to do anything that would help increase Janie hendrix's undeserved fortune.She's not even a relative yet she's stinking rich while Jimi's remaining siblings live in or near poverty-she gives them nothing.

I wish he was still with us. It's really a well thought out compilation by Experience Hendrix, no matter what 'others' might think.

EH is also releasing a new vinyl bootleg 'Jimi Hendrix Experience: Live in Cologne 2-Disc LP' http://tinyurl.com/d6gbp9t. This concert has been out for years in the collectors group, but EH obtained the original master mono tape, which was remastered by Eddie Kramer.

Wow, on pg 78 there is song that Jimi only the chord sequence for, not in music notation but Jimi's handwritten music notes, i.e key of F#, slide down to **, hard chord * here, finger the bass line, 2nd guitar plays *, etc, etc.

Tomorrow, I'm going to work on it, just for myself, no sharing.

I am really amazed by the new book. Near the end of the book, there is a section devoted to lyric ideas that Jimi jotted down, where he didn't have a title for the 'songs'.

I had never seen this material, and over the past 40yrs, I have seen a lot of Hendrix memorabilia.
