The Jets need to get rid of Tony Spirano as their offensive coach. They made a huge mistake by letting Brian Schottenhiemer go. Also, let Rex Ryan call the plays for the defense as well. That's where he made his name as a defensive co-ordinator when he was with the Ravens. Have Tebow play running back as well, because he sure as hell ain't no QB IMO. Do that and the Jets might have a chance to make it through the season with a decent record.
