29 pages and still no agreement on a guitar or price point.

Patience. There's alot on his plate at present. He's aware of our discussions and this pet of ours is, unfortunately, not a high priority as I see it. It'll get there. Meanwhile, this will afford you additional time to continue scavenging for empty soft drink containers and cash in those deposits to boost your FSR guitar kitty.

Nah. My right leg is in a cast right now so I don't get out much. I'm stuck searching the couch cushions for spare change after company leaves. Up to $57.92 now.

Hi Bluesky-sorry to hear about your leg but that $57 and change is a prettty good haul for chesterfield bounty. You should throw a party every Friday and/or Saturday night and invite the more affluent people to sit on your couch, unless you outfit your living room with only couches, but that would defeat the purpose because it could prove costly. With any luck all of us Forum members will have time to salt away a few shekels in time for the Forum FSR guitar's release-if indeed it ever comes to fruition.

I just recently joined the forum and love it. Most people here (95%) are very friendly and I love the atmosphere. Currently I am drunk while I post this but I mean this genuinely -- I would purchase a Forum guitar, because I think that it would be cool to have a Ltd. Edition guitar that signified that I met and communicated with some of the coolest players in history (but unfortunately not the most famous).

It's so awesome to have an outlet by which you can express yourself and learn so much about guitar while simultaneously not be judged or called stupid by fellow musicians. Having a piece of history to signify that would be amazing!

I added my 'yes' to the poll and look forward to the ForumForumcaster manufacturing.

Now excuse me while I down hundreds of 72% cocoa chocolates from Costco.

Cheers!
Nick

I don't know man...

"Betadine is used in hospital settings as part of a regimen for Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). Betadine may be used topically for surface infections of the human rectum."

Straight from Wiki.

Haha!

Intoxicatingly well crafted. Anyone who relishes 72% cocoa chocolate is a player.

Straight from Wiki....Haha!...Nick

I once witnessed a surgical chief cause his chief resident to break scrub and go down to the library to find the answer to the question..."Is Betadine [aka povidone iodine] bacteriocidal or bacteriostatic.'' You'd think, after 5 years of surgical residency, he'd have known.

Aaah - oops!

Still, those two gentlemen must be so used to people mixing them up by now, neither will mind.

Glad to hear ME isn't putting C necks on Esquires after all, though. Phew!

Cheers - C

Correctomundo - ME and I have been on the same wavelength since the Nile Rodgers thread got locked in CS forum.

But let's be realistic about the pricing - this won't be your uncle's Strat/Tele/Esquire/Broadcaster/Jazzmaster/Jag/DuoSonic/Musicmaster, FENDER!!!

I would go $1500 w/ HS case.

Is everyone/anyone in agreement - - if not - - this just ain't gonna happen - sorry, but trying to be realistic here. :!:

c'mon Mike you start saying what you want to pay and you cancel out everything I referred to in the price area. read the thread, look for my references to price then let Brad and Fender come up with the final word. this can happen AND be affordable for everyone here.
