i was looking at the cover of guitar world 300th issue and i know theres exceptions but alot of these guys need a new schtick ,thier talent is obvious by thier success but the look thing needs to improve (maybe a queer guy makeover)

I believe it's "Leppard." They're named after the orchestra conductor Raymond Leppard.
