it sounds like some kind of wiring problem in your amp to me. You pedals just make it more obvious that there is a problem.

I bought my pedals used. It better not be my brand new amp or else I'm going to #@~`!$*&!@# scream and sue VOX.

dude calm down, this kinda stuff happens!!. I have bought pedals that didnt work right brand new, some times they just have a glitch in them. Take it back to where you got it and have them look at it. This is a prime example of why i buy most of my stuff used, i know it already works lol

but if you plug your guitar str8 into the amp and you still get the noise then how could it be the pedals? and i have bought most of my pedals used, so jsut cause they are used doesnt mean there are the problem

POTENTIOMETER that is!
I had a squeal in a "THE STRAT" when repairing guitars in Alaska; some thought it was the pre-amp but it was a bad potentiometer that made the squeal. For some basic on this go to http://sound.westhost.com/pots.htm :D

I played just with my PH-3 and did not have the sound problem so its probably my delay pedal.

Well I have no idea what a DD-3 is however the KNOBS on anyhting just turn the shaft on the potentiameter they won't make some thing squeal. To re-index a knob you loosen a set screw you'll find resessed in the side of the knob; these knobs are expensive and I haven't seen any on guitars as original equipment; sometimes you'll see them on amps. Usually there is a flat side on a POT. and a corresponding flat inside the knob making indexing automatic. If your knobs are slipping they are broken and need replaced.
I thought you indicated in your previous posts that you isolated the problem to your axe through eliminating the stomp boxes and ensuring your pacth cords were good as suggested by others; this leaves only your axe as the problem.
Pickups can cause squeal called microphonics; chances are good not all your pickups went bad at the same time so isolate them too; when you move your pick up selector switch and you get squeal you'll have your culprit.

A DD-3 Is a BOSS Digital Delay.
