I've tried to purchase Fender Magazine from my dealer and have had no luck. Isn't there some way to order? I realize it is intended to get customers into the store, but this is not encouraging. What are your recomendations? :?:

You can receive one free with every order through the online Fender store.
Not sure on how much you have to spend.
