On Wednesday, celebration day will be on theatres. I'm so excited about it. But do you think that it is a reunion sign?

I think that it is a sign that $100 million was not enough money to make off one single show.

All jokes aside, I love Led Zeppelin, but have long accepted that what's done is done.

Well not to put to fine of a point on it, but since John Bonham is dead that would be impossible, now three of them could get together and play, but it would not be a real reunion, whether Bonhams son plays or not.

Yes.

Led Zeppelin will never be the same without John Paul Jones

I will never figure out why there is always someone who wants a band to reunite 25 to 30 years down the road.....
Aren't they allowed to age gracefully as the rest of us..... :?:

Personally having seen Led Zep in 75 and more recently Plant and Krauss I would not want to see or hear a Led Zep reunion.....Not for any amount of money...
Their time has come and gone.
It's just creepy, I cannot and DO NOT want to see a middle aged Plant strutting about as he did back in the 70's.....
Reading some recent past interviews, Plant has enough sense and dignity to just dismiss the idea as foolish...

I always appreciate musicians who grow and evolve as time passes, create music that is reflective of their past but also current with today.....
How much longer is Angus going to dress up as a school boy.... :?:
Ian Anderson has long ago lost the codpiece and the other accoutrement's. :!:

I certainly hope there's no reunion.

My fave band but there can be no Zep without Bonzo on the drum kit, never.

Yeah I know it's not gonna be a real reunion without Bonzo. I accept that. Beacuse of my age, I had no chance to see them live. Thats why I just want to see at least three of them. According to your entrys there is no hope. At least Page must do a solo world tour.

i saw plant on his first solo tour and later saw him with jimmy page when they toured with the black crows, and to be honest robert was more interesting to watch on his own,too much expectation of zep material when it was page and plant, and they didnt really want to play old stuff then.leave it be watch the film enjoy the dvd/cd and move on.band of joy sounds good, mabey jimmy will come up with something soon too.

I agree with the other posters on this thread...

Led Zeppelin's time is over. They were (still are) a legendary, influential band. BUT... Let's face it. They are up there in age like the Stones. Robert Plant's voice is no longer the same, and he can't belt out the high notes like he did before.

Jimmy Page says it won't happen but It wouldn't surprise me to see
them give it a try.

I think the majority of people who would like a Zep reunion were either too young or not even born when they were in their heyday.
