Live Metallica footage, but from a very specific show. Live at RFK Stadium in DC in 1992. My mom was in the audience and I want to find her in the crowd. (She was right next to the stage, I have the drumstick from Lars as proof) I just think it would be kinda cool, ya know?

worst forum ever (Gibby forums, and especially the Epiphone section). Tell Duanus I said "hi".

Oh but back to the actual question, I think it would have been tough to find a copy of a specific concert back in 1992. 20 years later, I think you're heading into 'dang near impossible' territory. I wish you the best of luck!

Was it an amateur recording or an official video?
Is the drumstick right or left handed?

Apparently it was someone for Metallica filming the audience from the stage, the way she described it. She said she had it on VHS but my dad did something with it and she hasn't seen it in years. How she got to the front is even better. Basically, her friends and her were at this concert right next to the "Snake Pit". She has a friend who can cry on command, so they planned to push her over the barrier and have her cry. She fell, cried, and security was there immediately, taking her to a room back stage and finding out what happened. In the end, they came back with passes for the best place to be and my mom ended up getting the drumstick, and her friend ended up getting a rose from Guns N Roses.

I come across his comments on youtube, quite often actually. Well, him and Skirt So Plain.

I should probably shut up now, before one of them gets intrigued by the use of their name and suddenly comes back.

There is a 15 part series called "Metallica - Washington RFK 1992 Rare Outtakes" on Youtube. You may have already seen this but if not check it out.

Part 11 has quite a bit of crowd footage:
