I bought a '52 Hot Rod loaded body off the bay about two years ago, and had a warmoth neck made. Problem is I just never bonded with this Tele, It just happens i guess. So I finally decided it's time to make room for another project. I think I would probably do better selling it off in pieces rather than whole. Anyone have any thoughts?

You might spend more time and effort, dealing with all the hassles of selling and shipping to make it not worth your while to separate it.

Decide on a fair price that you'd like to get, and list it. See if it sells. If so, BANG - one transaction - one shipment.

If not then part it out, and take what you get. What do you get stuck with leftover that doesn't sell?

Of course, you want the least path of resistance but as we all know, the market is fickle. Put the guitar up as a whole in some places and as parting out in other places. See what kind of bites you get and take it from there. You're probably going to take a $$$ hit either way though.

As always, this is merely IMO where YMMV.
