I bet you both regret letting that guitar go.

He sold it to me in '62 when he acquired a new Jaguar the year of release. It was CBS-Fender who screwed up my guitar, but I didn't learn that fact for another 25 years after it returned from the coast. To make a long story short, I sent it out there to be refinished and they swapped out the body instead. :?
I sold the guitar about 16 years ago.
