I am just wondering if I am the only one that has had this problem. 3-4 days ago I emailed consumer reltions asking to get some more info on an acoustic guitar I am buying and have gotten no response. How long am I going to have to wait? is this the type of service I am to expect from Fender? :? :? I don't know maybe fellow consumers can help? I am buying a Fender DG-60-SB acoustic. What am I to expect quality wise, sound wise, and workmanship? What should come with this nothig? some paperwork? or more? I hope I don't live to regret my decision to go with fender vs Gibson.

I have sent Fender a couple of emails in the past, and quickly learned to just call them on the phone. My emailed questions were eventually answered in a week or so. If you want quick answers, call.

I was told a long time ago (and it always stuck with me), email is not for anything time sensitive or mission critical. If it's that important to have a fast answer, call.

This is an very entry level acoustic. You're getting a durable, laminated dreadnought. It might come with an inexpensive gig bag, but you should have checked that before you purchased it.

You could get an Epiphone close to that price point, but certainly not a Gibson.

yeah Gibson acoustics start @ around $2000, you're buying a Honda Civic and wondering if you should have gone with the Ferrari.

This is true I have waited over a year for a reply to a e-mail from Fender, I guess it must not have been critical to me. Talk about snail mail.
