Turn off your TV's -- ignore the propaganda. The more you feed into the propaganda, the more propaganda you will get.

Make death and destruction obsolete by making it not profitable -- if you don't watch the "news"/propaganda, it will become profitless and go away.

Grow food, make things, build a strong community where you live -- but DO NOT watch propaganda, period, if you want it to go away.

ahahah I knew this was going to be an RCB magnet  :P
but on this situation I think you are correct :|

United we stand.

I feel sorry for the people that have been killed.

Sadly this is what happens when you throw assault rifles and rocket launchers to radical islamists to take out dictators you don't like. It's inevitable, someday the radicals that you supported also hits you. It happened before, it's happening again.

Who supported the mujahideen against the soviet invasion of afghanistan?

Take a look at this picture you will get the idea...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Reaga ... hideen.jpg

Where did the radical islamists attack after the soviet union pulled back from afghanistan?

The U.S

Who supported the radical islamists against Gaddafi, with including military force? Where are these radicals attacking now?

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Our foreign policies are now too soft, and the current administration will do nothing more than apologize for expressions of free speech and use tough words like "strongly condemn". words wont work.

And where are the leaders of the "Religion of Peace"? Funny how they can find a way to get on to the main news web sites, TV channels when they want to spew their trash, but then something like this happens, and there's nothing but silence.

Syria will be next...

The attack on these diplomats was sheer bestiality and without excuse.

It's hard to say in the midst of such turmoil, but calmness is best at this time. I've heard US Ambassador Christopher Stevens talking in interviews: a decent, civilised man, he was thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable about the Middle East and his death is a terrible loss. He was certainly the last person to want to pour fuel on the fire at such moments.

If you go searching for information about the film that supposedly triggered these events the internet is so smothered in wild, inflammatory yelling from all sides that no truth and certainly no good will come from it. Whoever the film-makers really are they wanted conflict. Lots of people would like to oblige: not good company to keep.

Cheers - C
