That thing's in good shape!! They seem to always have a real bare bones clean tone, and great with the fuzz tone as well. Congrats

It has some buckle rash on the back. The back is the worst part, but at least the metal isn't totally rusted out like a lot of them. The neck looks to be solid, which is unusual for these guitars. The body looks like a 3 piece. not sure what kind of wood. The grain looks similar to mahogany, but I'm no wood expert. I'll have to open it up to see if it's a sandwich or not.

Nice.

You never see one of these in real bad shape. They're so hard to dent.

I don't know, some of the ones I came across looking for this looked pretty disgusting all around.

well, kinda similar, same vibe to it. same pickup switches. this is a nice example i found online of the same guitar, but the one i saw looked like it'd been on the road for 200 years. Image

I've seen that same model before. In good condition, $200 is a fair asking price. I love the goldfoils, hate that bridge, though.

ahaha, I've got something that really shows the heavies, not sure how to put lyrics to it because the rhythm is so odd, but it sounds good. The drums from Pinhead would match it well. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GT_2K4ddG7g ) I can't record because the jack in my studio laptop died, but I'll figure something out. A full video review is in order. When it comes time to restring, a whole take-apart video is in order as well.

Try one of these. Behringer UCA 202 USB audio interface. It is better than the built in soundcard on just about any laptop. About $30. The downside is it only has PHONO jack inputs, but you can patch out from about any mixer, line output from an amp or pedalboard output into it. Has a one-eighth inch headphone jack and headphone volume control.

Just came about 30 minutes ago. Still cleaning it.

Anyways, the neck and body are solid through and through and both pickups work and sound great. The frets, as I suspected, are low. I'll get it refretted soon.

This is also literally the lightest guitar I've ever held. The acoustic i have outweighs it. It feels somewhere in the 3 lb range. It's very small.
