A few months back I posted a few audio clips and if I remember correctly, you asked me to post some video clips. Well I picked up a ZOOM Handheld recorder and tried it at a gig. I'm sure it's "pilot error", but the audio and video quality isn't very good......BUT I'll post one of the songs I sang just because Nice Lady told me to. :D

Pretty smooth and a nice tidy arrangement as well. Few drummers I know can even elucidate a coherent sentence, let alone sing back-up harmonies.

Rawk on!

Thanks Arjay.

Our drummer is a very good vocalist. He does trip himself up every now and then, but so do I. We cover for each other.
Four of us share the lead singing. The guitar player in the middle is our front man and does most of the lead vocals. I like it when we all harmonize on a song like My Girl. That's when it gets fun.

One of my favorite R&B tunes!

I'd love to see a Y/T video of you and boys playing that one.

I'll have to look through the video to see if we have that one. If not I'll try to get it recorded on on next gig.

OKAY!

That was great. For those of you that didn't hear the audio clips, this does not do them justice. I appreciate your posting the video, i watched it and brought it up for wifey to see. She liked it a lot.

Glad to see that some of us are are practicing our art and are successful.

Good job Gary!

Thanks oxfan and thanks to Mrs. oxfan as well. I really appreciate it.

I'll work with the ZOOM to see if I can get it any better, but I think I need to invest in a better camera. One that we can sync with our board. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey Arjay,
In case you didn't see the post a few months back, here's one our drummer sings lead on; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nk8hE4Bz68E&feature=g-upl

This was recorded live at practice last Feb. We had only been back together about a month at that point and was trying to get some of the old songs worked out before we moved on to learning current ones. We went over this one about 3 or 4 times, then recorded it. First time we had played it together in years.
