I agree that being the moderator of this place can be tough, somehow I missed the majority of what infuriated everyone. Having spoken to another Forum friend, he enlightened me as to the possiboe reasons. For me this whole thing is mysterious.

Toppscore was bated in that thread that was linked on here. Arjay started the crap by speaking down to him in a demeaning, mocking tone and that started the ball rolling on that thread. It wasn't Toppscore's fault.

His reputation probably preceded him in a lot of situations and people were only too eager to jump on the bandwagon to wind him up

Bottom line; he should have been allowed to remain on the forum.

No he doesn't need to be on the Forum. He acted like a total assclown and deserved what he got. It's been mentioned that he was banned from other forums as well, so it's not just us or Brad. The only posts that are more heated than his are political ones.

Yes he does 63, on forums everywhere people fight argue and all that stuff. At the end of the day those things are all part and parcel of the internet. If you don't like it don't log on.

You know and i know that you're always gonna get people arguing on forums and all sorts go's on. As i say it's allpart of this mad cyber space world we live in.

A check back to that so called baited thread has Brad warning Both Parties to stand down, there is a choice to respond or to leave well enough alone.....

I'm surprised this thread's discussion is still being debated, for my experience I didn't appreciate Toppscore's insistence of posting the same question or reflection in a thread, posting it repeatedly albeit in a different voicing.....That has a lot to do with people becoming annoyed, sort of like hosting a dinner party and one of the guests just will not let anyone else have a say, they have an answer and an opinion on every comment, instead of just reflecting on the theme and adding a comment that is constructive to the ongoing discussion......

I disagree with the assumption that since it's the Internet Forum, manners, etiquette and all other social expectations are shelved. We don't live and function in societies that live in anarchy, just the definition of the word " Forum " extolls certain expectations from the participants.

As the word refers to ancient Rome, a Forum was a place of gathering, where judicial and public discussions were held.. A public discussion demands that all participants be self-restrained in allowing all other's to participate.......
That is where Brad drew the line and the result of multiple member negative feedback was the crux of the Ban....None of us are immune if we overstep the bounds and there are only so many warnings to be had, in Toppscore's case, because of past history elsewhere he was on an alert status. His tenure here was very much according to not ruffling any feathers.....

Fair or Not.....That is life, which this is very much a part of.....If anyone thinks otherwise, then send threatening insulting E-mails to higher ups in governmental positions, see how long it takes for a visit from an inquiring law enforcement official....

When someone gets offered help, is given advice, compliments, whatever... but is only interested in starting crap, what do you do, you ignore him... that's exactly what happened. But he went to the rest of the forums and tried to spread his BS everywhere, people didn't like that.
